These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through Window Wells and Cover, operated from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By placing an order through windowwellsandcover.ca, you agree to these terms.
Products and orders We sell window wells, window well covers, and related products in the sizes and finishes described on each product page. Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.
Pricing and payment Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
Shipping Stock sizes generally ship within 1–2 business days. Gloss black powder-coated finishes may require an additional 1–2 weeks. Delivery estimates may vary by destination or carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns and refunds Please review our Shipping & Returns page for the current return process, eligibility requirements, return window, shipping responsibility, and applicable restocking fee. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
Custom orders Custom-sized or specially fabricated products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order. Contact us promptly if there is a problem.
